You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use Goli Doli. We do not knowingly allow anyone below 18 to sign up. If we find that someone under 18 has created an account, we will suspend it and delete their data.

When you sign up or use the app, we may collect your phone number, email address, date of birth, viewing history, watchlist, preferences, payment and billing details handled by payment partners, and messages sent for support.

We may also collect device type, operating system, app version, IP address, approximate location, usage activity, cookies, and similar tracking information. If you sign in with Google, Facebook, or Apple, we may receive basic profile information such as your name and email address.

We use your data to run your account and subscription, recommend content, process payments, prevent fraud, confirm age eligibility, send important account updates, fix bugs, improve the app, and comply with legal requirements.

We do not sell your data. We may share information with service providers for hosting, analytics, customer support, payment processing, legal authorities when required, and a new owner if Goli Doli is sold or merged. Anyone receiving data from us must protect it and use it only for the intended purpose.

You can request account deletion by emailing support@golidoli.com, using Profile > Contact Us > Delete Account in the app, or contacting the Grievance Officer. Once verified, we will permanently delete your profile, watch history, preferences, and related account data within 3 business days. Some records may be retained where required by law, such as billing records for tax compliance.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and understand how people use the app. You can manage cookies through browser or device settings, but disabling them may affect some features.

You may ask what data we have about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, withdraw consent, nominate someone to manage your data rights, and file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India if your concern is not resolved. We use reasonable security measures including encryption, access controls, and regular checks. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

By signing up, you agree to receive updates about shows, offers, and events from Goli Doli through WhatsApp, SMS, calls, RCS, IVR, push notifications, or email. You can opt out by emailing support@golidoli.com or changing app settings. Essential billing and security messages may still be sent.

Your data may be stored on servers outside India through cloud hosting partners. We ensure any such transfer follows applicable Indian data protection laws.

Goli Doli may link to other websites or apps. This Policy applies only to Goli Doli, and we are not responsible for how third-party services handle your data.

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. The last updated date will reflect the latest version.
