You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You must provide accurate information when signing up and are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Activity from your account may be treated as activity performed by you unless proven otherwise.

Goli Doli offers paid subscription plans. Prices and plan details are shown in the app before purchase. Payments are processed securely through payment partners. Some plans may auto-renew; you will be notified before renewal charges and can cancel before the renewal date. If a payment fails, we may pause or cancel your subscription.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or stated in the Refund Policy. See the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

You may stream content for personal, non-commercial use and create profiles for your household as allowed by your plan.

You may not share your account outside your household, download or redistribute content except through permitted app features, copy or record platform content, use bots or scrapers, bypass restrictions or payment requirements, or use the app for illegal or harmful activity. If these rules are broken, we may suspend or terminate your account without a refund.

Shows, movies, reels, and other content on Goli Doli are owned by us or licensed to us. You do not own the content; you receive a limited permission to watch it through the platform. Content may carry age ratings such as U, U/A 7+, U/A 13+, U/A 16+, and A. We may add, remove, or change content at any time because licensing and business requirements can change.

If you post reviews, ratings, comments, or similar content, you are responsible for what you post. Do not post anything illegal, abusive, defamatory, or infringing. By posting, you give us permission to use, display, and share that content on the platform. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

The Goli Doli name, logo, design, app, platform experience, and related branding belong to Prism Media Networks Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, or use our branding without written permission.

We try to keep Goli Doli running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. We may update, change, or temporarily pause the app for maintenance or improvements.

Goli Doli is provided as is. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions, technical issues, content accuracy, third-party licensed content, or indirect or unforeseeable damages. Our total liability to you, if any, is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, provide false information, use the app for fraud or illegal activity, or fail to pay for your subscription. You may also delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes may be notified through the app or by email. Continuing to use Goli Doli after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of New Delhi or Ghaziabad, as applicable.
